According to the mechanism and process of surface modification of calcium carbonate powder, the following requirements should be considered when selecting calcium carbonate coating machine:

The working principle of calcium carbonate coating machine:
There are 3 mixing and scattering device in the coating machine. When the machine works, the 3 devices rotate in a high speed to mix powder and modifier and then scatter the powder. The powder and modifier go through the 3 devices one by one. At the same time, the modifier is being sprayed in the spraying room under the control of metering pump, which will be fully mixed with modifier. In the coating machine chamber, the powder and modifier are further contacted and mixed by impacting, sheering and colliding between powder in the high speed mixing chamber. The coating machine always stays within a stable working temperature range to avoid change and invalidity of modifier.
