How to do the first test running of ultrafine grinding mill:
Test whether the rotation direction of all motors is correct;
Upon completion of installation, first check whether the rotation direction of all motors is correct.
The motors should be checked one by one;
Vertical grinding mill: Check that the direction of rotation of the vertical grinder must be the same as that of the high-pressure fan inlet, indicating that the direction of rotation must be the same as the airflow direction.
Classifier: Check the direction of rotation of the classifier impeller to ensure that the blade rotates clockwise.
Screw conveyor: In the raw material and finished product conveying system, check whether the screw conveyer is in the right direction, especially the screw conveyor which can be designed to rotate forward and backward.
Blower: Determined the direction of the scroll and the direction of the outlet.
Oil pressure and oil pump: Check whether the oil return is unblocked, namely, the rotation direction is correct.
Adjust and test ultrafine vertical grinding mill and control system:
Check the tolerance of the coupling clearance between the motor shaft center and the input shaft of reducer gears. If they are not arranged in the same line, the gears and bearings in the gearbox of the reducer will wear out quickly. Please install carefully.
(b)Turn on the switch of the ultrafine vertical grinding mill with the lubricant and set the upper and lower current limits of the vertical grinder's current (amperes) controller, which shall be 85-90% of the motor's maximum current (amperes).
The lubrication station is to provide lubrication for the gearbox. If there is noise when the gears are engaged, stop the vertical grinder and check the parallelism between the shaft edge of the gearbox and the main shaft edge of the vertical grinder.
For feeding material to the ultrafine vertical grinding mill, the grinding action takes place between the roller and the grinder. Before starting the grinder, it is necessary to adjust the speed of the belt feeder to allow sufficient material fed.
Structure of Stable Performance Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
Raw material is crushed by jaw crusher or impact crusher, and the crushed raw material will be lifted to the hopper by elevator and then will be conveyed into the grinding mill by belt conveyor. Through the air-lock device, the raw material falls down onto the grinding table. The grinding table rotates with the help of reducer. The raw material will move towards the edge of grinding table and between the roller and ring because of the centrifugal force. And the raw material will be ground into powder.
With the pressure of the roller, the materials are smashed by extrusion, grinding and shearing in the ultrafine grinding mill. At the same time, the airflow will blow the powder up through the classifier, and the coarser powder will be blocked by the turbine classifier and falls down onto the grinding table to be reground. And the fine powder will be collected in the pulse-jet collector. This step repeats until qualified fine powder is discharged. These constitute the entire grinding process.
This ultrafine vertical grinding mill is composed of the main mill and transmission device, and is also provided with separate lubrication and cooling stations. The transmission device is composed of reducer, motor, foundation part, and coupling, etc.
The hydraulic system plays an important role in the whole grinding process, which is mainly composed of fuel tank, accumulator and connecting pipes and other components. The ultrafine vertical grinding mill pressure device may control the pressure of grinding roller automatically or manually during operation and can adjust the pressure automatically based on material grind ability and wear conditions of the rollers and disc. By doing so, it can both reduce consumption and extend the service life of roller sleeves and liners. At the same time, the buffer effect provided by the accumulator allows the pressure imposed by the hydraulic cylinder to have great flexibility and automatic adjustability. If large and hard debris encountered, the roller may jump to avoid damage to it caused by excessive load.
