21 Rollers And 3 Rings Ultrafine Grinding Mill For 1250 Mesh Powder
Ultrafine grinding mill system contains the following parts: jaw crusher, elevator, feeder, classifier, grinding mill, pulse-jet collector, blower, motors and pipes. The whole ultrafine grinding mill system can do crushing, grinding, classifying together, which brings higher efficiency and higher output.
Under the negative pressure, the ultrafine grinding mill runs well without powder out of the whole system.
As the classfier is places on the grinding mill, coarser powder that cannot go through the classifier will fall down into the grinding house to be ground, And the ultrafine powder will be collected in the pulse-jet collector, then packed into bags with the help of auto packing machine.
As the classifier rotation speed can be adjusted by inverter, so this ultrafine grinding mill can produce ultrafine powder with a wide range of 400-2500 mesh. And the sieve passing rate can be 97% or 98%.
Working Principle of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
Ultrafine grinding mill can grind raw materials by impact, extrusion and grinding. There is a gap between the grinding roller and rings. When the rollers revolves round the main shaft, the grinding roller will move towards the ring by centrifugal force. Through the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, the material will crushed by the impact, extrusion and grinding by the grinding roller.
The material is ground by the first layer of the grinding roller and grinding ring, then will fall into the second layer of the grinding roller be ground again as per the same principle, followed by the third and fourth layers. After the material is ground by the grinding roller in the last layer, it will fall onto the turntable under gravity and stretched out to the lowermost milling equipment, and brought to the interlayer between the inner and outer walls of the cylinder by negative pressure airstream, and once again rise to the top air classification system for separation. Qualified fine powder will pass through the classifier and enter into the pulse dust collector; coarse materials will be directly knocked to the grinding table and resettle in the pulverizing room for pulverization. The turntable is distributed in multiple layers. Thus, the material is sufficiently crushed to reach the desired fineness.
How to Use Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
Please check the following items before starting the mill
(1)Please ensure the voltage should not be less than 360V.
(2)Please wipe out all the liters, and all the bolts and nuts are all connected tightly.
(3)make sure the belt tightness is proper, and move the belt wheel by hand, and mill wheel can rotate flexibly.
(4)Ensure the valve handle in the blower air-in pipe is on the “close” position.
(5)Make sure the tightness of the elevator chain is ok.
(6)Regular lubrication should be done according to the lubrication table, and ensure there is no grease or oil leakage.
(7)feeding size into to the mill should be less than 10mm
(8)Make sure the motor rotation direction is correct. (a)the mill motor rotation direction should make the mill shaft go around counterclockwisely. (b) the classifier motor should make the vane wheel turn around clockwisely. (c) the blower motor should make the blower wheel go around counterclockwisely.
(9) Any metallic material should not be in the raw material. The users had better install the iron eliminator by themselves.
