Talc Ultrafine Grinding Mill
The molecular formula of talc is: Mg3Si4O10 (OH) 2. As an additive, modifier and filler, it has stable chemical properties and good mechanical properties. And talc has the advantages of soft texture, low abrasion, high gloss, small oil absorption value, good transparency, etc., and abundant reserves, low cost.
The chemical stability and excellent physical properties have been recognized by people, and have been widely used in papermaking, coatings, ceramics, daily chemicals, plastics, rubber, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. The surface modification and compound modification of talc have improved its application value and expanded its application range.
The way to produce ultrafine talc powder by ultrafine grinding mill:
Elevator conveys the crushed talc (usually less than 10mm) to the feeding hopper, which will be moved into the grinding house by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor or vibrating feeder.
There are three or four layers of roller and rings in the grinding house. The grinding rollers on the rotary table rotate with the help of central shaft. And there is a flexible gap between roller and ring. When the ultrafine talc grinding mill works, the rollers will move towards the ring because of centrifugal force. The material will be ground between the roller and ring. So talc can be ground into ultrafine powder in the grinding house, which will be ground through 3 or 4 layers and also guarantee required fineness and higher passing rate.
The ultrafine talc powder with required fineness go through the classifier into the pulse-jet collector, and the coarse talc powder will fall down into the grinding house to be reground. The special system design can increase the temperature in the grinding house, which can also improve the whiteness of the talc power.
