Working Principle of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:

    The ultrafine grinding mill motor-driven reducer puts the grinding table in rotation. Materials to be grinded are delivered to the center of rotating grinding table by the air-block feeding device. With centrifugal force, the materials move to the periphery of the grinding table and also can be ground between roller and rings. With the pressure of the roller, the materials are ground by extrusion, grinding and shearing.

     At the same time, the airflow or hot air generated by the blower jets out at a high speed evenly from the air ring around the grinding table, by which coarser ground materials are blown back to the grinding table for re-grinding, suspended materials are dried and finer materials are driven to the separator for classification. Qualified fine powder is discharged from the grinder with the air flow and collected by the collector; Unqualified coarse powder cannot go through the classifier and fall down onto the grinding table, which will be re-ground with newly-fed materials. This kind of grinding repeats until qualified fine powder is discharged. This makes the entire grinding process.
