325-6000 Mesh Powder Coating Machine
Coating machine is used to modify the surface of inorganic power to improve the physical and chemical properties of its surface, and to reinforce compatibility and dispersion with organic polymers or resins, and to improve the mechanical strength and comprehensive performance of materials. Coating machine can be used for the following powder(325-6000mesh) modification: heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, fly ash, nitrogen oxide, sulfate, zeolite and etc.. The coating rate is more than 96%. And it also features less modifying additives for per ton power and no cohesiveness between powders. And after coating, the powder size will not become bigger. And this coating machine can also be used with different ultrafine grinding mill.
The Purpose of Powder Modification
Powder surface modification is to use physical or chemical or mechanical methods to do surface modification. According application requirements, the physical and chemical properties of the powder surface can be purposefully changed, such as surface composition, structure and functional group, surface energy, surface wettability, and electrical properties. The coated powder with these features can meet the need of development in the new material and new production techniques.

Working Principle of Coating Machine:
There are 3 mixing and scattering device in the coating machine. When the machine works, the 3 devices rotate in a high speed to mix powder and modifier and then scatter the powder. The powder and modifier go through the 3 devices one by one. At the same time, the modifier is being sprayed in the spraying room under the control of metering pump, which will be fully mixed with modifier. In the coating machine chamber, the powder and modifier are further contacted and mixed by impacting, sheering and colliding between powder in the high speed mixing chamber. The coating machine always stays within a stable working temperature range to avoid change and invalidity of modifier.
