Performance of Vibrating Screen

The vibrator adopts a block eccentric structure, which is simple in structure. It can be equipped with a feeding box. The application of the feeding box increases the effective screening area of the vibrating screen, and prolongs the service life of the screen at the feeding end at the same time. The transmission part increases the intermediate transition bearing seat, which passes through the middle. The application of ferry bearing seat effectively protects the motor and prolongs its service life. Transmission: the vibrating screen usually uses a V-belt transmission device. The structure of the vibrating screen is simple. The number of revolutions of the vibrator can be selected arbitrarily, but the belt is easy to slip during operation, which may cause the screen holes to be blocked. The vibrating screen is also directly driven by a coupling. Couplings can maintain a stable number of revolutions of the vibrator and have a long service life, but it is difficult to adjust the number of revolutions of the vibrator.
