The preheated and dehydrated calcium carbonate fine powder is quickly heated to 100-120 ℃ in the coating machine chamber after quantitative feeding. The modifier heated to the set temperature is conveyed into the modification chamber by high-pressure air through a special nozzle. Fully contact with calcium carbonate powder particles, and then calcium carbonate powder collides with each other in the modification chamber, so that each particle is fully coated. Due to the phenomenon of agglomeration between the particles during the coating process, the coated particles are impacted by the modification hammer when passing through the outlet, so that the agglomerated particles are fully dispersed. The modified micro powder enters the cyclone, so that the modifier quickly becomes a solid state as the temperature decreases, preventing the particles from sticking together again and affecting the modification effect.
Working principle of calcium carbonate coating machine:
