Working Principle of Calcite Ultrafine Grinding Mill with an output of 3-10T/H


In the whole ultrafine grinding mill system, after the raw material is crushed into small one by the hammer crusher and jaw crusher, the crushed raw material is sent to the hopper by elevator, and then passes through the belt feeder and the feeding pipe, and the material is evenly sent to the bulk material tray on the upper part of the turntable. The material is scattered to the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the space between the grinding ring and the grinding roller, and then is impacted, rolled, and ground by the grinding roller. The suction effect of the external air is sucked into the ultrafine grinding mill, and the pulverized material is brought into the classifier.


The rotating classifier impeller of in the ultrafine grinding mill makes the coarse material fall back into the grinding house for regrinding, and the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the powder collector with the airflow and is discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom of the powder collector, which is the finished product. The air flow with dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and discharged through the blower and a muffler.



Features of Calcite Ultrafine Grinding Mill


1. Lower investment and higher efficiency. Compared with large complete sets of vertical grinding mill or ball grinding mill, the investment can be saved by 60%.


2. Power saving: Calcite ultrafine grinding mill is a kind of micro powder grinding mill with lower power consumption, and the power consumption of the calcite ultrafine grinding mill is less than 100KW·h/t.

The wearing parts have longer service life, and the grinding rollers and grinding rings are casted with special materials, so that the utilization degree is greatly improved for the calcite ultrafine grinding mill. In the case of the same fineness of materials and finished products, the service life is 2-5 times longer than that of the wear parts of impact crushers and turbo crushers, generally more than one year. It can produce fine powder with D97=3-8μm and coarse powder with D97=10-40μm.

Structure of Ultrafine Grinding Mill

As the micro powder grinding mill has been tested in the factory, so the micro powder grinding mill can run as soon as the installation is completely.

The motor drives the mill shaft and roller table go around by the V-belt. The roller will rotate and revolve against the ring, which will make the material into powder from the top level to the bottom level. Classifier includes motor, coupling, shaft, vane wheel and housing. The motor controls the classifier wheel rotation speed. The faster the rotation speed, the finer the powder and vice versa. The blower includes housing, vane wheel, shaft, motor and support.
