The ultrafine ball grinding mill system is composed of ball mill and advanced classifier. The internal structure of ball mill can be tailor-made for various mineral stone grinding. The specially designed classifier has large processing capacity, lower energy consumption and high classification accuracy. The ultrafine ball grinding mill can produce 300 to 2500 mesh powder, and 2um D50 can also be guaranteed.
Working Principle of Ultrafine Ball Grinding Mill:
The raw material is crushed by the jaw crusher or hammer crusher, and then conveyed to the ultrafine ball grinding mill. The ball grinding mill rotates with the help of reducer and motor. And the grinding ball or grinding media also moves up and down in the ball grinding mill. The raw material is crushed and ground between the grinding ball or grinding media.
The advanced classifier separate the fine powder from the coarse powder. Qualified fine powder is collected in the pulse-jet collector. The coarse particles are re-entered into the ball mill from the lower end of the classifier for re-grinding, and the purified air is discharged by the draft fan.
