As a kind of grinding equipment, the ball mill has a history of more than 100 years. At present, China's ball mill manufacturing technology with a diameter less than Φ5m has reached the international level. However, its application in the ultra-fine processing of non-mineral products, especially calcite-type white minerals, is not fully understood and encounters many misunderstandings. Many people in China believe that:
(1) The amount of 10μm fine powder produced by the ball mill will not be very low, which is not suitable for producing ultrafine fine powder;
(2) The iron contamination of the ball mill during grinding will be relatively higher, which will lower the whiteness of the powder.
(3) The energy consumption of the ball mill is higher.
In fact, the above-mentioned problems about the ball mill had been solved by us many years ago. Our institute has been committed to the research and development of ball mill grinding technology. At the end of 1980s, it obtained the national invention patent for ultrafine powder ball mill technology. This patent has been widely used in cement, metallurgy, non-metallic ore, chemical industry and other industries.
Technical Features of Ultrafine Powder Ball Mill with Classifier
The grinding effect is strengthened multiple times, and the fine powder rate of the material is greatly improved;
20-50% more output and 15-40% less power consumption than ordinary ball mills;
With the advent of high-strength wear-resistant materials, the abrasion of liners and abrasive media is prolonged by 3-5 times.
Unique sieving and lining structure, greatly improve the fineness of discharge;
The novel activated liner can make the grinding body of the mill all participate in the movement and effectively eliminate the movement retention area of the grinding body;
According to the characteristics of materials and different requirements for grinding fineness, the internal structure and grinding medium gradation of the ball mill can be adjusted to achieve the level of mill output and fineness;
When grinding soft and hard materials in calcite, the iron wear of the grinding medium does not exceed 30g / t of the product, and the iron wear of the lining plate does not exceed 3g / t of the product, reaching international standards.
