Why we use continuous coating machine to do powder modification?
After the mineral powder is modified by continuous coating machine , it can not only greatly improve the compatibility of inorganic mineral fillers and organic macromolecule polymers, increase the interface bonding force, enhance the mechanical strength and comprehensive performance of the material, but also greatly improve the powder filling quantity, reduce the production cost, and at the same time can give the product some special physical and chemical properties with the help of continuous coating machine.
The continuous powder surface modification process refers to the process of continuous feeding and continuous addition of surface modifiers in the continuous coating machine.
