Functions and Features of Diamond Wire Saw Machine:
1. Being controlled by two sets of inverters and applying constant tension control principle, the moving speed of the machine can be adjusted automatically according to the changes of the cutting force to make sure the diamond wire saw be in the best cutting condition all the time.
2. The electric cabinet is placed separately. It is easy for maintenance.
3. The real-time parameters are displayed on the control platform, such as the set current of the main motor, the current and the rotation speed of the main motor, etc. It makes the operation and adjustment more convenient.
4. The machine can be operated manually and automatically. The manual and automatic functions can be shifted from each other. Under the automatic function, the machine can be unattended operated, and one worker is able to operate multiple machines.
5. The lateral position and the rotation angle of the cutting head can be adjusted manually. This design is more economical and practical, and highly cost effective.

Diamond wire sawing machine adopts double frequency conversion PLC unique control system design and enjoys national patent. It can realize the automatic feeding speed of wire sawing machine according to its own load during the cutting process, and maintain the wire saw in operation. Maintain a balanced tension during the process, which extends the life of the wire saw and ensures continuity of the cutting process.
The diamond wire saw machine can cut the stone with no vibration. The cutting is done with the help of the diamond wire rotating around the drive wheel. As there is no vibration, the cutting will have no impact on the stone original structure and no minor cracks in the stone, which can keep working life and structural force as before.
Diamond wire saw machine has the following components: motor, a flywheel, a guide wheel, and a wire saw chain (made of diamond material): its power comes from motor directly driving the driving wheel, which drives the diamond wire to rotate and do cutting.
In order to ensure the cutting efficiency and power saving, the stone cutting machine use non-standard motor to improve the rotation speed and higher torque. All the parameters can be set and shown in the electric control panel, so it is easy to operate the stone cutting machine.
