      HK powder filter bag is efficient and durable, which is widely used in 100-3000 mesh powder collection. And this powder filter powder is environment-friendly and safer to use, which also provide proper airflow and better filtration rate.Being installed in the pulse-jet collector, this powder filter bag can only allow few powder to escape from the pulse-jet collector(about 30 mg/ m³). This filter bag is very efficient, and because the powder is pulsed off the filter with compressed air, it can be reclaimed instead of getting stuck in the filter media.

 

    HK powder filter bags are ideal for powder recovery. When filter bags are located in a collector outside the unit, ductwork conveys the airflow through the collector. This air can be returned into the equipment safely because of the higher efficiency of filter bags. In the pulse-jet collector, the compressed air will keep the filter bag clean, and the powder will be cleaned off the filter bag. In next circle, the powder will accumulates on the surface of filter bag and then the compressed air will be pulse off again to ensure there is enough space for clean air out.

 

HK powder filter bag maintenance:

     Maintenance on the filter bags system is usually very simple, because the filter bags are installed vertically in the pulse-jet collector. And the filtering area is much larger. The efficiency of the filter bags is monitored with a differential pressure gauge. When the reading on this gauge exceeds the recommended level, it means that the filters can’t let air flow properly anymore and it is time to change them.

 

     This filter bag has features: high porosity, good air permeability, good acid resistance, good resistance to opening and so on. This filtering bag can be made of a large variety of non-woven needle filter materials.
