The filter bag is a key part of the operation of the bag type dust collector. Generally, the cylindrical filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The fabric and design of the filter bag should strive for efficient filtering, easy dust peeling and durable effects.
In pulse and box-type pulse dust collectors, dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When the dust-containing air passes through the dust collector, the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent the filter bag from collapsing. At the same time, it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
The filter cloth is based on the thickness of the entire filter layer, and it belongs to deep layer filtration. Fibers form a three-dimensional, three-dimensional, loose and porous structure in the depth direction of the entire filter layer, from loose to inward from the inside and outside.
The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, and the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtering effect of the fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag type dust collector, the particles with large and specific gravity are caused by gravity. The action settles down and falls into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer dust passes through the filter material, the dust is trapped and the gas is purified. The dust removal efficiency of new filter media is generally not high enough.
After using the filter material for a period of time, due to the effects of sieving, collision, retention, diffusion, static electricity, etc., a layer of dust has accumulated on the surface of the filter bag. This layer of dust is called the primary layer. During the subsequent movement process, the primary layer became the main filter layer of the filter material, relying on the role of the primary layer, the filter material with a larger mesh can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector will increase accordingly.
When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, some fine dust particles that have adhered to the filter material will be squeezed out. Reduce the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, it is necessary to remove the dust in time.
