Lower Power Consumption and Higher Output Vertical Roller Grinding Mill
The vertical roller mill special features: (1) Special hyperbolic arc surface design, larger contact area, high concentration of grinding pressure in grinding area. (2) Change from ordinary double-roller design to three-roller design to improve grinding efficiency. (3) Each grinding roller uses a double-cylinder inclined-pull design, and the high grinding pressure makes the material easier to crush. Because the centrifugal force and the inclined grinder guide the material to the retaining ring, the ultra-fine vertical roller mill has the advantages of uniform material layers. Other flat grinding rollers will cause material accumulation in front of the retaining ring and reduce the grinding efficiency.
Vertical Roller Mill special mechanical design and material: (1) Grinding roller pressure. Although the grinding pressure was reduced to 1000 kN / m3, the synthetic peak grinding pressure was 220 MPa, which is higher than any other vertical roller mill on the market. This high grinding pressure is generated by the narrow grinding area on the outer diameter, thus ensuring the highest grinding efficiency. Directly add chemical additives into the vertical roller mill to achieve surface modification: Another advantage of vertical roller mill is that it can directly modify and activate the powder in production. Through special process design, strictly adding chemical additives quantitatively and controlling the temperature inside the mill, after repeated tests on the vertical roller mill, the chemical additives are fully coated on the surface of the inorganic non-metallic powder. Using this kind of directly added chemical additives to achieve surface modification at one time, there is no need to purchase additional special modification equipment, which greatly simplifies the process and reduces investment costs. The functional powder produced by this method is widely used in the artificial marble market of superfine heavy calcium.
Working Principle of Vertical Roller Grinding Mill:
The reducer makes the grinding table rotate. The crushed calcium carbonate conveyed to the grinding house by belt conveyor or screw conveyor falls down onto the grinding table because of gravity. With help of the centrifugal force of the rotating grinding table, calcium carbonate move from center to edge. And at the same time, calcium carbonate is ground between roller and ring. After being ground, the fine powder goes through the classifier into the pulse-jet collector with the help of air blower sucking. Coarser material will fall down to the mill again due to its large self-gravity and get reground.
