Dust Collector with Filtering Rate of 99.9% and Higher Efficiency
Dust collectors are widely used in cement, steel, electricity, In the food, metallurgy, chemical and other industrial fields, the overall capacity has increased several times, and it has become a large-scale dust collector. Dust collector has a large effective filtering area, low-pressure difference, low emission, small volume and long service life. It has become a new direction for the development of industrial dust collectors.
Dust collector has the following components: air inlet pipe, air exhaust pipe, pulse-jet house, collecting hopper, powder-cleaning device, air flow distribution, filters, filter cartridge and electric control device.
The arrangement of the filter cartridge in the dust collector is very important. It can be arranged vertically on the flower panel collecting hopper, or it can be arranged obliquely on the flower panel. From the perspective of the cleaning effect, the vertical arrangement is more reasonable. The lower part of the flower plate is the filter room, and the upper part is the pulse-jet room. An air distribution plate is installed at the entrance of the dust collector.
Working principle of Dust collector:
After the air with dust enters dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow,dust will be on the surface of the filtering bag. And clean air will go through the filtering bag and then through the outlet pipe into outside. There are some pulse device on the top of filtering bag, which will releaser high pressure air into the filtering bag, and the filtering bag expand and vibrate, so the dust will fall down into the hopper at the bottom of the dust collector.
The air resistance for the dust collector increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the filtering bag surface. The dust removal from filtering bag can be automatically performed by offline high-pressure pulse. And the off-line high-pressure pulse cleaning is controlled by a PLC program.
First, a sub-chamber lift valve is closed, the filtered air flow is cut off, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. Compressed air will make rapid expansion into the filtering bag within a short time. And this will make the filtering bag expand, which will make the dust on the surface of filtering bag fall down into the hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber is restored to the filtering state. The cleaning of each chamber is performed sequentially, from the cleaning of the first chamber to the start of the next cleaning, which is a cleaning cycle. The falling dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash valve.
