The limestone grinding mill is an air-swept pendulum roller grinding mill with an integral classifying system that simultaneously dries, pulverizes and classifies a number of different types of products, such as limestone, calcium carbonate, calcite, bentonite, barite, petrol coke, coal, talc, dolomite, clay, minerals and etc..
The feeding range is about from 10mm to 50mm for different model of limestone grinding mill. This limestone grinding mill can produce 100mesh to 600 mesh powder with a sieving rate of 97% or 98%.

Working Principle of Limestone Grinding Mill:
The crushed raw material with a size of less than 20mm will be conveyed to the hopper by elevator. And then the raw material will go into the grinding house with the help of belt conveyor at a fixed rate. The rollers hung upon the spider-arm are running around the shaft. With the help of the centrifugal force, the four or five rotational rollers will go around the ring tightly. The raw material is lifted up between the rollers and rings by the blade, and then to be ground into powder.
The powder is blown up to the classifier, through which the powder is classified. Coarse particles fall back down to the mill for regrinding. The needed particles will go into the collector, where products will be collected through the discharge opening. The purified air goes into the fan through the pipe above the cyclone collector. Air stream in all pipelines is negative pressure except for that in the fan and grinding chamber. Air volume in the whole system increases because of the gas from the moisture in the raw material and the air from the flange conjunctions and feeding-in opening. The extra air volume goes into the pulse jet powder collector. The ultrafine powder in the air stream can be collected through the discharging valve.
