The magnetic separator is a screening device used to remove iron powder in powder granules. Magnetic separator is widely used in resource recovery, wood, mining, kiln, chemical, food and other workshops. It is suitable for wet magnetics of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasting ore, ilmenite and other materials with a particle size below 3mm. Work Principle of Magnetic Separator:
The materials are uniformly fed to the belt. When materials go through the permanent magnetic drum, the non-magnetic and low-magnetic particles will leave the belt surface because of the centrifugal force and gravitation. Meanwhile, strong-magnetic particles are absorbed to the belt by magnetic force and then fall into the magnetic trough when the belt leaving the magnetic pulley.
Application of Magnetic Separator:

Structures of Magnetic Separator:

The magnetic system of this machine is made of high-quality ferrite material or compounded with rare-earth magnetic steel. The average magnetic induction intensity of the tube surface is 100 ~ 600mT.
The magnetic separator has the advantages of simple structure, large processing capacity, convenient operation and easy maintenance. Structural characteristics of magnetic separator: Wet permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is mainly composed of a cylinder, a magnetic system, a tank and a transmission part. The cylinder is welded into a cylinder by 2-3mm stainless steel coils, the end cap is made of cast aluminum, and the cylinder is connected with stainless steel screws. The motor passes the reducer to drive the cylinder for rotary motion. The magnetic system is an open type magnetic system, which is housed in a cylinder.
