Ultrafine Grinding Mill with Environment-friendly Powder Collector


      When working, the lubrication for the ultrafine grinding mill should be carried out regularly. In order to make the ultrafine grinding mill work well, engineer needs to lubricate all the parts of ultrafine grinding mill regularly including mill bearing base, classifier bearing, elevator driving part and blower bearing. After the ultrafine grinding mill work 7 days, the lubrication should be carried out with new kerosene or grease. And attention should be paid to lubricant volume, which cannot be more than max position. The volume should not be too high or too low. And please ensure that any sand or liters cannot go into any bearing or parts.


   The environment-friendly powder collector is also a very important part of the whole ultrafine grinding mill system. New generation high-efficiency ultrafine powder collector is innovational equipment of collecting system for powder industry. This equipment features many properties,such as high efficiency collecting, stable loss pressure,better ash removed ability and high adaptability.It is better than traditional collector because of its distinctive features in material,shape, structure and performance.
     After the installation, please do the test without any material. Please note: the ultrafine grinding mill should run less than 2 minutes without any material in the mill. And then stop the mill to check whether every part is ok( no overheating; no bolt looseness, no higher vibration for the mill). After the test running, please feed some material into the mill for grinding one hour. And then check whether every part is ok or not, if yes, the mill can ran regularly.
Components of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
    The micro powder mill has the folllowing components: crusher, elevator, hopper, feeder, classifier, mill, collector, blower and electric control cabinet. And delivery and installation of the whole micro powder grinding mill system is simple and easy to be completed. As the micro powder grinding mill has been tested in the factory, so the micro powder grinding mill can run as soon as the installation is completely.


Maintenance of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:


     Please ensure all the bolts and nuts are in their position, especially the ultrafine grinding mill bolts and nuts; When the ultrafine grinding mill works, if there appears any abnormal noise, strong vibration and higher temperature of the motor and bearing, please stop the ultrafine grinding mill and check carefully. The ultrafine grinding mill should be maintained every month for the moving parts. If there is any break-down, please don’t start the mill.

    Check the parts in the mill—the roller, ring, shaft, roller table, bearing, classifier vane wheel. The belt is tight and in good condition. Ensure there is no air leakage in the pipe system. Clean up the electric control cabinet, fasten the cable connector. Check the motor cooling condition and ventilation. Check the sealing of the pulse-jet collector, especially the connecting parts and the periphery of checking door. Clean the powder piled up in the pulse collector. Check the filtering bags and bag steel frame, please ensure the bags and frame are in good condition. After 8 hours’ work for the pulse-jet collector, please discharge the redundant water in the air tank for the pulse-jet collector

1. Perfect contact between rollers and ring: The arc or curved surface increases their effective working surface and improves the crushing efficiency. The rollers and rings contact surface and shapes should be consistent and tightly fit, which is good to the production of fine powder.

3. Rotation speed of central shaft can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.
