Working Principle of Ton-bag packing Machine:

This equipment is a kind of semi-automatic equipment, and the measurement method is gross weight, that is, The packaging bag serves as a weighing container. After the ton-bag packing machine is turned on, the operator will put the strap of the packaging bag on the bag. On the hook of the machine, the bag mouth is sleeved on the chute of the bag clamping device. Push the start button, the clamping device will clamp the bag tightly. And lifting mechanism lifts the bag to a certain height. The weighing and packing process begins. First weigh the bag, then after being processed by the instrument, the packing machine will minus the weight of the bag. And then feed powder into the bag fastly. When the weight reaches to a certain degree, the lifting device will make the bag move up and down for feed more powder. And then the feeding rate will becomes lower to ensure packing accuracy. When the final weight reaches to the fixed rate, the feeding stop. And the clamping device open, and lifting device will move the bag into ground.
