Special Features of Micro Powder Grinding Mill:


1. High efficiency and energy saving: For the same fineness of the finished powder and same power of the motor, the output of micro powder grinding mill is double more than that of the jet mill, agitator mill and ball mill.


2. Longer service life of wearing parts: Grinding roller and grinding ring are forged with special materials, which greatly improves the utilization degree. With the same fineness of materials and finished products, the service life of the wear parts is 2-5 times longer, generally up to one year. When processing calcium carbonate and calcite, the service life can reach 2 -5 years.


3. High safety and reliability: Because there are no rolling bearings and screws in the grinding chamber, there is no problem that the bearings and their seals are vulnerable, and there is no problem that the screws are easy to loose and damage the machine.

Structure of Micro Powder Grinding Mill:



    The micro powder mill has the folllowing components: crusher, elevator, hopper, feeder, classifier, mill, collector, blower and electric control cabinet. And delivery and installation of the whole micro powder grinding mill system is simple and easy to be completed. As the micro powder grinding mill has been tested in the factory, so the micro powder grinding mill can run as soon as the installation is completely. Generally speaking, one engieer from factory can do installation and test running work. Micro powder grinding mill has the advantages of higher output, low investment and simple grinding technique. The mechanical and chemical reaction in the process of grinding is also good to improve powder activity.


Application of Micro Powder Grinding Mill:


    Micro powder grinding mill is suitable for micro powder processing of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness≤6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica , Magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomaceous earth, barite, gypsum, alumite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice stone and other more than 100 kinds of materials, the fine powder size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, the output can reach 0.4-4.5 tons per hour.



Working Principle of Micro Powder Grinding Mill:


   The crushed stone with a size of less than 10mm will be lifted into the hoppler by elevator, which will be conveyed into micro powder grinding mill grinding house. The stone will be ground into powder between roller and rings. And there are usually 3 or 4 layers rings and roller. The stone will be ground from the top layers to bottom layers, which can gurantee the powder fineness and higher output.


      The grinding rollers on the rotary table rotate and move towards the ring because of centrifugal force. Stone will be ground between the roller and ring into ultrafine powder in the grinding house. The ultrafine calcite powder with required fineness go through the classifier into the pulse-jet collector, and the coarse calcite powder will fall down into the grinding house to be reground. The special system design can increase the temperature in the grinding house, which can also improve the whiteness of the calcite power.
