Advanced Hydraulic Station For Suitable Roller Pressure Vertical Roller Mill
For the hydraulic station, it plays an important role in the whole vertical roller mill system. And engineers need to pay more attentions on the following points.
(1) During use, attention shall be paid to observe the hydraulic oil level, temperature and working pressure and check whether the high-pressure connection is intact for the purpose of avoiding abnormal failure.
(2) For daily maintenance, attention shall be paid to keep the surfaces of integrated valve and control components as well as the cooling scale of air cooler clean for the convenience of cleaning and cooling of hydraulic oil.
(3) If the hydraulic station has been used for 1 year, replace the hydraulic oil, clean or replace the oil filter and clean the cylinder.
(4) Non-professional maintenance personnel may not disassemble the integrated valve; be sure to proceed under the guidance of the Company's technical staff.
The hydraulic station is mainly composed of fuel tank, accumulator and connecting pipes and other components. The pressure device may control the pressure of grinding roller automatically or manually during operation and can adjust the pressure automatically based on material grind ability and wear conditions of the rollers and disc. By doing so, it can both reduce consumption and extend the service life of roller sleeves and liners. At the same time, the buffer effect provided by the accumulator allows the pressure imposed by the hydraulic cylinder to have great flexibility and automatic adjustability. If large and hard debris encountered, the roller may jump to avoid damage to it caused by excessive load.
This vertical roller mill is also equipped with static and dynamic classifier, which can produce 325 mesh to 2500 mesh powder, if with second classifier, this vertical roller mill can produce 3000 mesh powder. This vertical roller mill is also widely used in non-metallic industries, such as limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, marble, kaolin, barite etc. Those ultrafine powder can be used in painting, plastic, rubber, papermaking, PVC, which can save cost.
Working Principle of Vertical Roller Mill:
The reducer makes the grinding table rotate. The material conveyed to the grinding house by belt conveyor or screw conveyor falls down onto the grinding table because of gravity. With help of the centrifugal force of the rotating grinding table, the material move from center to edge. And at the same time, the material is ground between roller and ring. After being ground, the fine powder goes through the classifier into the pulse-jet collector with the help of air blower sucking. Coarser material will fall to the mill again due to its large self-gravity and get reground. For material with different hardness, the roller pressure can be adjusted by adjusting hydraulic system. The rotation speed of the classifying system of multiple classifiers can be controlled so that various fineness powder can be obtained.
The Advantages of Vertical Roller Mill:
1. Higher Pulverizing and Separating Efficiency:
(1) The grinding curves of the roller shell and liner plate are uniquely designed based on the ultrafine powder pulverization. The material bed can be formed easily so as to increase the grinding efficiency and the ratio of the finished powder product from the primary grinding.
(2) The largest output is 40t/h, which is equal to 5 ultra-fine mills, off-peak power can be used.
(3) Adopting the principle of muti-rotor classifier, the product fineness can be easily and efficiently adjusted among the selected fineness range. HLMX series ultrafine vertical mill saves energy by 30%-50% compared to a common type ultrafine mill when producing the powder of the same fineness.
2. Easy Maintenance and Lower Operation Cost:
(1) The roller can be pulled out by the hydraulic device, which is convenient for plate-replacement and bigger maintenance space.
(2) Left and right side of the roller cover can both be used for prolonging the working life.
(3) Without raw material on the grinding table, the mill can run, which erases the difficulty in starting.
(4) The roller and grinding table are made from special material for longer working life.

(1) Combination of crushing, drying, grinding and conveying, simple process flow, reasonable and compact layout, space-saving (50% less than ball mill), lower foundation cost and workshop cost in the field.

(1) The materials bed pulverization principle reduces the duration of the materials retention in the mill and the repeated grinding, which is easy for the powder fineness and components analysis.
